Ticket Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Citytrave. in highly appreciates the fact that you choose our online ticket booking service. We congratulate you for choosing the best ticket booking service online. But if due to some valid & unavoidable conditions, you have to make changes in your booking which includes ticket cancellation, a complete or partial refund, and for hassle-free booking we have explained the refund, return, and ticket cancellation norms here.


Cancellation Policy

  • For Ticket cancellation visit our website (citytrave. in) and visit the ticket cancellation page and proceed with the process as instructed on the website.
  • If you wish to cancel your ticket you have to do it before the departure of the bus, which means at least 8hrs before the departure for a half payment refund (excluding the booking amount as per the policy).
  • Booking Charges & GST Paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • If you have made the booking and you wish to cancel it, please go for it within 24 hours of booking in order to receive the full amount (which does not include service charges, GST, Gateway Charges).
  • No tickets can be canceled 30 minutes before the departure.
  • No refund will be initiated for cancellation of confirmed ticket 1hr before the journey.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Refund will be credited to the account used at the time of booking the tickets.
  • Tickets which are waitlisted fully will get canceled automatically by us and the amount will be credited as per the refund policy.
  • Booking Fees, Service Charge, Gateway Charge is non-refundable.
  • In case of a tour cancellation or bus running more than 5hrs late or journey is canceled by you due to the late departure of the bus, a full fare shall be refunded to your bank account.
  • If the Ticket is booked for higher class and seat is allocated for lower class then the difference in amount refund will be initiated.
  • To receive a full refund please inform at 8hrs before the journey. If you cancel the ticket before 4hrs of departure only 50% of the amount will be initiated.
  • You will not receive any funds in case of late information. So please inform us timely.
  • Tatkal Tickets or tickets booked 1hr before the journey that got confirmed and you wish to cancel it will not be refunded in any case. Neither partial nor full amount.
  • No refund will be provided for partially confirmed tickets, even if the passenger has not traveled.
  • Ticket Cancellation timings are 11:00 am (Morning) to 4:00 pm (Evening).
  • If the customer cannot visit the website due to some technical failure or server issue, they can also email or contact our customer support team for the cancellation of tickets.

CHANGE IN REFUND POLICY

Rules, Deduction Amount, Payment Charges, GST Amount and Service Charges are subject to change. We will try our best to keep you updated about the changes through our website but you need to keep an account of changes in our policies by keeping an eye on our website policies. You cannot blame us in case of changes made and you fail to check them before booking tickets.
