Terms & Conditions

WWW.CITYTRAVE.COM offers a technology based online bus booking platform for travelers / intending travelers. We do not own any bus / operate / offer transportation services to anyone and we are neither an agent nor a bus partner. www.Citytravecom has the right to change / amend / modify the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice so keep checking our policies online.

  • Arrival / Departure time mentioned on tickets are tentative timings & bus can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.
  • Buses will never leave the source before the time mentioned on tickets but passengers are requested to keep in mind their boarding points / timings of arrival & departure of bus. In case of emergency please contact our customer care.
  • All passengers are requested to keep an electronic / hard print of their tickets, as it is mandatory and failing to do will make us doubt your booking and conductor will not allow you to board on bus and complete the journey.
  • Copy of Electronic Ticket / Hard Print of Ticket/ SMS of Ticket Booking, Original Photo ID Proof (Voter ID, Adhaar Card, Pan Card) is a must to carry on journey.
  • Passengers are requested to reach boarding place 30 minutes before the bus departure.
  • A booking is believed to be confirmed if a confirmation page is shown to passengers even if no email or SMS is received by him.
  • If passenger has not received ticket for any reason, then they can ask customer care to resend it.
  • No additional payment is asked except the gateway charge as specified on website.
  • By making a booking on our page, passenger confirms his / her acknowledgement for our terms & conditions policy.
  • The terms and conditions of our services can be amended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • All legal jurisdictions will be heard in Lucknow Court Only.

WHEN YOU AVAIL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS FROM US

  • More than one offer cannot be redeemed at the same time.
  • Any offer / discount amount offered by us can be changed at any point without any prior notice.
  • Every offer / discount has individual terms & conditions. Please check them carefully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We make sure a legit bus ticket is generated online and we send booking confirmation by E-mail or SMS.
  • You will receive either a message or email or both in case of bus delays , bus cancellation, booking cancelled, booking transaction failure, booking refund issues, booking refund
  • Generation of a valid bus ticket through its partners/bus partners.

CITYTRAVE CANNOT BE BLAMED FOR

  • We are not responsible if any passenger inputs incorrect details, bus delays due to unavoidable conditions, accidents, misbehavior by bus staff or co- passenger.
  • All items carried by passenger is a sole responsibility of passenger, we are not responsible for it. We will not make any compensation in case of any damage / loss of property of passenger at the time of travel.
  • Passenger cannot blame us if Passenger is not- contactable / phone is not reachable / passenger arrives late at boarding point/ Customer has reached wrong boarding point / Any change of seats done by passengers mutually
  • In case you are carrying pets please make sure they are not making other passengers uncomfortable.
  • Any amenity promised is not available or in shortage.
  • Bus carrying luggage weight per person is 20-30kg (total)

WHEN TRANSACTION MADE BY A PASSENGER FAILS

  • A transaction can fail due to many reasons but if the booking is not confirmed & transaction fails then we will refund the amount in 5-7 working days (In case payment is deducted from your bank account)
